So what is Longevity?

Longevity is the quality of a long life, characterised by the ability to live healthily and vibrantly well into old age.

The correlation between longevity and beauty is rooted in the understanding that a healthy lifestyle, which promotes longevity, also tends to enhance physical appearance. In a nutshell, looking after your body from a cellular level, cleaning up your diet and avoiding processed foods, exercising regularly, and cleaning up your sleep hygiene. I’ve put together a few of the fundamentals to attaining longevity.

You might notice that I’ve missed out the supplements and that’s because that’s a whole other story that I will go into in depth at a later stage so for now here is a breakdown of the correlation between Longevity and Beauty and some tips on starting your journey.

Detoxification: A lifestyle aimed at longevity supports the body's natural detoxification processes. This reduces the accumulation of toxins that can cause skin dullness, blemishes, and other dermatological issues.
